Sarah Wittak, OTD, OTR/L, CHT, is a registered and licensed occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. She specializes in evaluating and treating upper extremity conditions and has a clinical interest in postpartum upper extremity injury prevention.
Prior to joining Orthopedic & Spine Center of Wisconsin, Sarah earned her Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Mount Mary University. She earned both her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Carroll University, where she also minored in Biochemistry and Psychology. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as an adjunct professor, sharing her expertise in orthotic fabrication, biomechanics, and physical dysfunction interventions.
Sarah will be caring for patients at our Arbor Gate Complex location.
