New $10 million facility to expand advanced orthopedic and spine care in southcentral Wisconsin

MIDDLETON, WI (May 30, 2025) — Orthopedic & Spine Centers of Wisconsin (OSCW) proudly marked a major milestone with the recent construction kick off of its new, $10 million state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center. The celebration was held on Thursday, May 29 in Middleton with community members, media and healthcare partners in attendance.

Located at 8124 Forsythia St., the forthcoming 12,000-square-foot facility will be co-owned with Phoenix-based Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo), a national leader in musculoskeletal practice management. HOPCo has been a clinical partner with OSCW since 2023.

The new building is expected to open in the first half of 2026 and in addition to expanding orthopedic and spine care in southcentral Wisconsin, it will include three operating rooms and will offer a comprehensive range of services, including joint replacements, sports medicine, foot and ankle surgery and spine procedures.

“We’re excited to see the continued progress on a facility that will raise the standard of musculoskeletal care in our region,” said Dr. Jason Sansone, President of Orthopedic & Spine Centers of Wisconsin. “This center is a reflection of our commitment to innovation, clinical excellence and patient-centered care.”

Established in 2023, OSCW has rapidly grown to serve patients across the Madison area, offering expert care across multiple specialties. The new surgery center is a strategic expansion in OSCW’s mission to increase access to advanced orthopedic services throughout the region.
